The changes in the Board of Directors of Telematics Technologies were related to Adam Bąkowski's decision to resign as President. Bąkowski will remain associated with the company as a shareholder and will join the Supervisory Board in the fall. At the company, which turns 18 this year, Bąkowski served as president for more than 10 years.
